The Feather Chair HD (Heavy Duty) is the lightest heavy-duty, extra-wide wheelchair available!

Featuring a 22” wide seat and a 350 lb. capacity, the Feather Chair HD weighs only 22 lbs. Removing the easy pop-off wheels reduces its weight to just 15 lbs.!

Before the Feather Chair HD, there was no 22” wide wheelchair with a 350 lb. capacity that weighed under 40 pounds, making it difficult to lift into a car. The introduction of the HD Featherweight changes that!

Following the success of our original Feather Chair, the lightest wheelchair with an 18” seat, we responded to customer feedback by designing a heavy-duty wheelchair with a 22” seat using the same lightweight materials. Thus, the Feather Chair HD was born, supporting up to 350 lbs. while weighing only 22 lbs., or 15 lbs. with the pop-off wheels.

We maintained all the features and elegant design of the 18” Feather Chair, simply adding a larger 22” seat and increasing the weight capacity to 350 lbs.

The Feather Chair HD includes additional options like pop-off wheels for even lighter transport and anti-tippers for added safety.

The chair back also folds down for easier storage and transport in a car.
